At Gingham & Heels, we want you to love your new outfit, which is why we offer easy returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that final sale items and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Submit Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your postage label.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items in their original packaging if possible and drop your parcel off at any authorized postal location or drop-off point.
Receive Store Credit
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a store credit via email within 3-5 business days for you to find your perfect fit.
